Our Founder’s story
After 20 years in leadership roles, I’ve done the job, walked in your shoes.
When I left the corporate world after two decades I wanted to do more than simply become another consultant – I read the testimonials from my many colleagues and the common thread was the value placed on my leadership style and approach. I realised my vision was right there…to challenge the current notion of leadership.

What is REAL. Leadership?
REAL. Leadership means getting results, showing empathy, being authentic and always learning.
Results – REAL. leaders lead from the front, always focus on the results, knowing that it takes a team to achieve them. They are tough but fair, ready to adapt and change where necessary, always communicating and always there for their teams.
Empathy – REAL. leaders are genuine, emotionally intelligent and passionate about their people and their business. Empathetic leadership has been critical during the pandemic, everyone wants to feel more connected whilst more remote than ever. Those REAL. leaders will continue to deliver the best results and attract the best talent in the future.
Authentic – REAL. leaders are honest, transparent and constantly communicate with their teams. They are always aware of the wider impact of their decisions, maintain their integrity by staying true to their personal and company values and inspire with their vision.
Learning – REAL. leaders have the humility to be constantly learning from everyone, even the most junior, and the confidence to not always have the answer. They are keen to develop individuals to achieve their ambitions and openly encourage people to challenge them.
