Seth Godin states in this months REAL. Leadership library book “Tribes: We Need You to Lead Us.”

This book encourages the putting away of old ideals and embracing new ones that propel us into the future, that eke out a new order, a new idea, a new group.

Seth wrote, “The sceptical among us look at the idea of leadership and we hesitate. We hesitate because it feels like something we need to be ordained to do. That without authority, we can’t lead. That big organisations reserve the leadership for the CEO, not us.”
